Challenge

  • Present a gym brand with enough quality and confidence to match the physical experience.
  • Make the path from curiosity to membership, training passes, PT and contact obvious.
  • Keep the content structure maintainable so the site can grow beyond a single landing page.

Solution

  • Moved the SSK site into its own `/ssk` route group with dedicated navigation, metadata and legacy redirects.
  • Built a premium visual system around strong photography, sharp typography, membership CTAs and reusable content sections.
  • Kept route-level pages for about, passes, PT, membership, opening hours and contact instead of burying everything in one scroll.

Outcome

  • The SSK site now works as both a real destination and a live portfolio proof point.
  • Visitors get a clear brand story, service structure and next action across desktop and mobile.
  • Old SSK URLs redirect safely into the new `/ssk/...` structure.

Stack and patterns

Built with the same practical stack this portfolio uses.

Good fit if

Your site undersells the real experience.

The business is better in person than online, and visitors need a clearer path to trust, book or contact.

First move

Map the visitor route before redesigning.

Start with the pages, proof, CTAs and content model that should make the first decision easier.

Bring

Current pages, offers and real objections.

The fastest audit starts with what customers ask, where they hesitate and what you need to update often.

My process

A clear path from idea to impact.

01

Clarify

We define the problem, users and constraints before anything gets overbuilt.

02

Prototype

I design the core workflow quickly so direction becomes visible early.

03

Build

I build clean, scalable foundations with attention to detail.

04

Ship

We launch, test with real users and make sure it actually works.

05

Improve

I iterate, optimize and evolve the product with your team.

Practical. Collaborative. Built to last.

Hi Pontus,

I am interested in: A conversion-focused website.
Main friction: The current experience does not create enough confidence.
Timeline: Soon.

Context:
What makes the current site, tool or workflow feel less trustworthy than it should?

Useful starting point:
Pontus should review the current offer, page structure, audience and strongest proof points.

Best,
What Pontus will ask next
  • Who needs to trust you faster?
  • What should visitors do next?
  • What proof already exists?
